A mimisymbic can apply the appearance of one item of equipment to another item of equipment (host), which will keep its characteristics.

The item whose appearance will be used must be of equal or lower level than the host item.

When you do this:

• the mimisymbic and the item whose appearance was used are destroyed; and
• the final item is linked to the account, cannot be traded, and cannot be smithmaged.

You can dissociate a mimisymbic from its host:

• The host item regains its original appearance;
• it can be traded again; and
• if the item whose appearance was used is in the "ceremonial item" category, the mimisymbic and the ceremonial item are restored.
  Otherwise, the mimisymbic and the item whose appearance was used are lost.
